Since 2007, I have been building ambitious frontends for companies such as Deutsche Post, Volkswagen, and Eurowings. Today I combine that frontend experience with agentic engineering to create high-quality, robust, and maintainable web interfaces faster.
About
My core discipline is frontend: clean architecture, resilient components, precise implementation, strong user experience, and code that remains understandable and maintainable months later.
Since 2007, I have worked on production web interfaces in demanding environments. At Interdiscount & Microspot, we built an early React SPA in European e-commerce. At RTL+, I worked in a fully distributed team. At Deutsche Post (E-POST), I experienced the move from waterfall to agile product teams. At Eurowings, my POC led to the decision to rebuild the booking flow as an SPA.
For me, agentic engineering is not a replacement for craftsmanship, but leverage: I use AI-assisted workflows to improve frontend architecture, code quality, testing, refactoring, and delivery — with the goal of building high-quality, long-term maintainable frontends faster.

Intensive introduction to Angular through a professional training course at Angular-Schule. Immediately followed by direct application in an ambitious new development project: the 40+ year old control software for industrial machines was to be rebuilt from scratch — as a modern, web-based system with its own design system, for both touch panels and desktop.
Development of a brandable ChatGPT application based on the OpenAI Assistant API. Clean separation of layout and logic enables rapid white-labeling for different clients. Next.js, ChatGPT API, Vercel.
Senior Frontend Developer in the cruise comparison team. Responsible for the payment area: integrating payment providers, API interfaces, and frontend components for desktop and mobile.
Development of an HbbTV VOD application based on web technologies for various Smart TV platforms. Migration of Teletext applications to modern web applications.
